Hisonic, Inc. specializes in the design and manufacture of custom magnetic devices for both military and commercial applications. Our transformers, inductors, filters and magnetic assemblies are used in avionics, power supplies, satellites, missile guidance systems, radar, microwave, and data processing systems.

We have a broad line of standard products or our design engineering team can assist in concurrent design and development  of a custom magnetic component to your specifications. We also provide build-to-print manufacturing services.

Our manufacturing processes meet or exceed the workmanship standards of MIL-STD-454, MIL-STD-981, MIL-PRF-27 and MIL-PRF-21038. Hisonic has been approved to Boeing's D1-9000. We are compliant to ISO-9001. We can provide full military qualification testing for transformers and inductors built to MIL-PRF-27, MIL-PRF-9219, MIL-PRF-21038, and for filters MIL-STD-220, MIL-PRF-15733, and MIL-F-18327.
